Conditions for reservation and payment

Hotel in Courmayeur Dente del Gigante offers different types of rates:

Standard Rates

Your booking will be guaranteed through your credit card. No withdrawal will take place as the payment for your stay will be settled on the hotel premises. 10 days before your arrival an advanced authorisation may be requested in order to control the validity of your credit card. This operation is not a withdrawal but a temporary block of a certain amount.  

Cancellation without penalty is possible up to 7 days before the date of arrival. 

In case of late cancellation less than 7 days before the date of arrival the cost of the first night will be charged;

In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or failure to arrive, the total cost of the reserved stay will be charged.

Standard Rates with payment in advance

Provide advance payment of part of the stay (between 30 and 50% according to the period) either by bank draft or with authorized withdrawal on the credit card.
This means of payment generally does not provide reimbursement.
In the possibility of cancellation in the terms provided 15 days before the date of arrival, the amount paid may be recognized and used to reserve another stay.
In case of cancellation fewer than 15 days before the date of arrival, the amount paid will be held as penalty. This rate is also applicabe for group reservations.

The Special Offer Rate with non-reimbursable advance payment

The promotional rates allow benefiting from advantageous reductions by paying for the stay in advance by bank draft or with authorized withdrawal on a credit card, in the amount of 30, 50 or 100% according to the offer. The advance payment is neither reimbursable nor modifiable. It is possible to change the date of the stay, crediting the amount paid, if the change is communicated at least 28 days before the initially planned date of arrival.
